Yeah I think that’s a very different deal but I don’t hate that framework at all, especially with it being JC and not Sexton.

That’s a much more balanced deal to take on PG.

Then the hope is you can rehab his value but that gets tricky with trying to tank. But I digress….
 
Not sure about any trade that involves taking on P George's massive contract
Let the Sixers be trapped with what to do with it
 
If we go from the worst 3 years of Jazz basketball to getting the 3rd AND 5th pick this year, it would 180 the ship and fanbase pretty fast
 
The Grizzlies need to move down a couple spots from 16 and need to dump John Konchar's contract into an exception to offer JJJ a max contract so

Jazz get: 16, John Konchar
Grizzlies get: 21

Jazz use half of their NTMLE.
 
I just think cap space is so useless for the Jazz if you can use it to secure another high quality future pick, it's worth it.

And even if George is busted, he's still a good defender and at least gives us someone that can help build a defensive foundation w/ Kessler
