    My son is…

How is his schooling going? Health? Is he well adjusted? I know I harp on silly things- it's who I am.

Who should we pick at #5?

There was no "all of the above" option.

Trade Lauri for The 3rd Pick

Harper will still be a rookie and he could use time under the tutelage of Fox et al, maybe even coming off the bench for S1. Isn't next year's draft supposed to be good also, even better? Another year with Lauri showing what he can do at his best would improve his trade value and help to grease...

Who should we pick at #5?

So it'll be between Ace, Tre and VJ. Things could be worse. The thing that I actually do want though is more picks- some of these guys deeper in the draft are gonna make good. There's talent throughout the first round and some might spill into the second. I could appreciate a trade that nets...

Worst Case Scenario Pick at 5?

Can't tell if serious. The impetus for drafting in the lottery is political?

Cody Williams Hype and Appreciation Thread

I'm more concerned with his shooting actually. I had a different opinion of this last draft than most but thus far none of the rookies are really impressing a whole lot. Jamal Shead, Edey, Clingan and Missi are doing well enough I guess.

Many uses for dog poo, beneficial ones too. Gotta be smarter than the feces.

Big thanks to Jason S here at JazzFanz!

I'm having some email issues and he worked with me to figure out how to proceed, and it took a few days lol. It's good to be back, especially with this sort of return. Go Jazz!

    Taylor Hendricks injury thread

Prayers for Taylor. The only good thing that can be seen is it happened while he was quite young and has a better chance of recovering more fully. It's a lower point than I thought we'd see this year.

Portland does play well at home. Jazz shot .519 but Trailblazers shot .575. Utah was .316 to POR .480 from 3, and .667 to .828 from the line. Favors looking better.

Kanter is not ready to start

Many of these guys still need to get in shape, including Al probably. Give these guys a little time to get a stride going before we judge them. Things do appear to be shifting though with Jefferson being less important to us and Kanter showing he is capable. So I agree with OP.

    Honest Jazz question

We've got some pretty smart people in the front office, a dedicated ownership that is willing to pay for a contender and a system that works. If we can continue good scouting add some luck I think we do have a chance.
