They spurs have gotten better each series..... they gonna win the championship.

If the jazz ever get to a point were they have a roster and coach that can be contenders, then i hope pop is retired

They should definitely be the favorites at this point.

The Spurs practically beat Miami last year and the Heat are obviously not as good as they were then.

I know this is ****ty to say because I'm a life-long/forever jazz fan, but the last two games from the Spurs are probably the best games I've ever seen (if we are judging in terms of all-around team performance/chemistry).

it's awesome. pure basketball joy. spurs showing the world how to get it done without hero ball.

but they aren't 86 celtics. that's the team i've seen live that had the best ball movement. i often wonder what would 86 celtics would do to today's team. they would really make some of today's team look like bad canadian league expansion team.
 
brooks sucks, but kd & westbrook didn't show up. not much a coach can do when 2 of top 10 players in the league didn't show up.

and i'll forever LMFAO for those whoever thought KD is a better scorer than MJ. yes, people actually put KD in a same sentence to MJ in scoring ability - stephen A. for ex.

KD is 25 now

MJ at 25

32.5/8/8 .538% MJ was playing PG that year almost all season long. pretty much regarded as top 3 greatest individual season of all time in a modern era.



MJ scored 63 on great celtics. just think about it. and that's the year when MJ was hurt almost all season long. how old was he? 23? 2nd year. and age don't matter. MJ had to stay in college for 3 years. if MJ started at 19, he would've been a scoring champ by his 3rd year. and would've padded his career stats even more.

KD can score. he is such a great shooter. but KD can't score like MJ. that's 2 very different thing. MJ's scoring abiliity makes KD look like a non franchise player. and it shows up in the playoffs. i could careless about regular season. playoffs is when the real scoring champ shines.

MJ in today's NBA would be non stop attack mode from 1st min to 48th min. you can't touch him. it's a foul. you can't double him. because MJ eats double team for breakfast. in these kind of playoffs MJ shines because his aggression would be just too much.

KD can have 20 more regular season scoring titles. but he will never be MJ like scorer. how many 40pt performances KD have? MJ in this era would avg 40 in the playoffs.

But what the hell is their GM doing with perk, collison, Adams, and thabeet? They're all the same.

I'd be surprised if different teams/coaches would get more out of Lamb and Perry. They simply aren't good basketball players. Thunder will have to retool their roster this summer because w/o a support cast you won't consistently beat deeper and more cohesive teams.
