This is a different Spurs team.....and the Thunder won't win 2 straight against them, let alone 4!

i agree everything you just said except bron being a great defender. Bron can be a great defender, but in this post season, his defense has been subpar by his high standard.

I think during this round against the pacers he is playing riskier defense and gambling in the passing lanes more.

I believe this to be intentional because he looked at the pacer and thought "what will the pacers do that will give us the most trouble?".... the answer is the pacers half court defense.

So i think bron is going for steals more than normal so they can get in transition more and not face that half court defense as much.
I also think that he realizes that the pacers offense is nothing to be afraid of so when he gamble for steals and deflections and misses, he figures that the pacers inept offense wont make the heat pay for gambling.

Lebrons bbiq is through the roof and i think he is playing the type of defenses that his team needs him to play vs the team they go against

Yep. If there is one thing I've learned over the years about LeBron is that he knows what he's doing out there.
 
Tim duncan better slow his roll tangling with perkins.

I think i would take perkins in a no holds barred fight against anybody in todays nba.

(Charles oakley might be my number one pick of all the players i watched in my lifetime)

Wilt Chamberlin would twist him into a pretzel....and Karl Malone would slap knots on his head faster than he could rub them!

I wasnt alive for wilt.

As for karl, i still take oakley in a no holds barred fist fight.

Maybe in a fight with refs and rules i might take karl

Tim Duncan misses the admiral.

He needs a real center to close down on these drives from Westbrook and Durantula. As it stands right now these two are just blowing past their defenders and are attacking the rim with hate. Timmy isn't the shot blocker he used to be so basically that lane becomes a freeway as long as those guards put up zero resistance.

Perhaps the best defense is a good offense?

Gotta attack Ibaka in game 5 and foul his *** out. He completely shuts down that Spurs train when he plays. When he's out, the Spurs execute flawlessly and get layups.
