In fact sweet potatoes are one of the most healthy foods out there. Very nutrient dense food. I think everyone should eat lots of sweet potatoes and broccoli.

People just eat them in unhealthy ways.

I go to this Polynesian place called the Pacific Seas. They offer you a base of taro, green bananas, rice, tapioca, or sweet potatoes. Tried, and loved, all of them. Except the sweet potatoes, which I had trouble finishing.

I don't know what it is. I like sweet and savory, typically. Unless the sweet is sweet potatoes.

They are a unique flavor that not everyone will like. But I bet there is a way to make them you would like. Sweet potatoe pies can be made to taste just like a pumpkin pie. Although that kind of defeats the healthy aspect of eating them.

I havent had Spitz's combo but I do get the same mix at The Bayou a lot and like those. But I am guessing you would not like them anymore than Spitz's.

Why don't you grow sweet potatoes too? Are they way different to grow?

I hate them btw. Love regular potatos more than just about anyone doe
