I almost drafted him. Def a good pick since I hate him. I don't know why, though.
One of the best is quite the stretch even if you are adding a ton of qualifiers

He was another guy I looked at very closely. I really was considering drafting him and would love to have him on my team, a great pick.

After the run on point guards in the 7th round, I decided I wanted a 3&D specialist point guard for my bench.
Had it narrowed down to Gary Payton II or Pat Bev. I had Beverley rated higher regardless, but once Payton was off the board (nice pick by the way) the decision to take him now instead of waiting was easy.
