2022 NBA Draft Thread: We Going to Have a Pick! (lmao jk)

The Jazz saved $40 million in the deal (cuz of the tax). And even if it was $10 million, you’re demonstrating that $10 million is the going rate, not that “FRP is normally worth less than that.”
There was two years and 20M…

Woj thinks Mathurin goes 5 to Detroit. I don’t see it in him but a lot of others do.

Royce for Green and 23 is totally fair imo… they may get a little better than that.

We need to go find some former players from Houston to really grease the wheels… go sign Ariza, House, and Nene… maybe we can get Embiid.

Didn't OKC pay $0 in real money for Favors because they were under the floor?

You can't buy a FRP with cash, no one will do it, you can only do it by taking on salary.

See what these picks go for this year -- Philly at #23 and Miami at #27. Obviously the Jazz buying #27 from Denver for $3M is ancient history by now, but I think late 1sts will go for around $6M or $7M.
We don’t need to… wood just got traded for 26 and salary filler.

PHI has got to find a way to get off Thybulle, Kormaz, and probably Niang or find a Harris taker if they want Tucker.
