Hell, I wonder if Nurkic is an option for the Pacers. There does seem to be a much bigger need for C's than small guards. I can see so many more teams using Nurk than Sexton.

Do the Pacers get a trade exception? Maybe the want Collins at the 5 for a gap year?

Good call, would have to incentivize MIL to make it a sign and trade. I don't think there's currently a benefit for MIL because they're signing into cap space. I think it would be worth it to the Jazz to trade a second in order to create their own TPE and not have to pay Collins.

Collins and Tuner were destined to be in a trade together after all the years of being in trade rumors.

How good would this team have been this year in the West:

Holliday, WCJ, Ingram, Lauri, Turner
Collier, Sexton, Ace, Hendricks, Kessler

I can see the Pacers having interest in Kessler, Collins, and Nurkic. I think at least one of these three will be traded to the Lakers or Pacers. Other team will get Ayton.

They are ****ing lunatics, but at least they nailed the fit. $22 million a year on the books for five years… yeesh.

Well anyway… let’s go sign him to a two-year MLE or something.
I love the idea of signing him, but is there any incentive to give him more than the minimum? I’m assuming anything we give him is just offset money

Might be corny and bad business, but I would love Dame a part of this group moving forward just from the mindset, mentality and vet presence he would bring. And ideally he would like a coaching or front office role moving forward and he could transition there with the Jazz.

So the Jazz getting Nurkic might turn out to be a smart move

Why would he want to report to Utah when he can just rehab at home?

I like this fir us.

Doubt he’ll do it though.

He’ll likely be chasing a ring now.
