I think it’s safe to say that Key has no trade value at this point.

when the league finds you are stripping the car down to the axels no one wants to pay you full price for the parts

I just don’t see the need to trade Lauri. If Ace, WCJ, Kessler and others turn into the guys you hope they can be, you’re still going to need a floor space with a little size.

I'm more open to trading Lauri after drafting Ace than I was before. Specially I wanted Lauri around if we drafted a point guard since I thought it would be good for their development if they could play with an elite play finisher like Lauri.

I agree with this but the contract may be an issue when you are extending them others.

But I do believe that quartet + getting lucky in the next lottery + other young pieces we got has the makings of a really good team if they can manage the cap.
