That stat is damning. These guys are in the show not the GLeague or the Israeli Pro League. SMH.
Like I said last year's Jazz team would have swept this mavs team.We can blame a lot of stuff, but at the end of the day the Jazz missed shots they usually make.
It's not like this year's Mavs team is any better on D than last year's Clippers or Grizzlies, and the Jazz hung a ton of points on those teams.
We shouldn't be in a 3 point contest because our defense keeps giving away wide open 3s.We lost the series because we couldnt make wide open 3's.
That's why you don't build an offense that's live or die by the 3. Unless you're the golden state warriors it hasn't ever worked. We lost the series because we couldnt make wide open 3's.
Re-tool how?Jazz broadcast crew at the end of the season - "We are healthy finally, watch out NBA, the jazz are coming!"
Jazz broadcast now - "We just gotta re-tool"
Niang and Ingles of last year would have made a massive difference in this series.Like I said last year's Jazz team would have swept this mavs team.

So what do you build it on?That's why you don't build an offense that's live or die by the 3. Unless you're the golden state warriors it hasn't ever worked.

I don't even think the Mavs played well this series. You gotta give it to the Mavs though, they got more backbone than the Fraudzz. They took the Clippers down to the wire to game 7 last year, while the Pretenderzz simply choked and phased out like lottery team. Respect to Luka and Mavs.
Yeah but Mike’s been doing this long enough not to do THAT.At least it was a good game.
I really liked the way Mitchell played offensively (terrible defense for large stretches, but what you going to do).
The 3rd quarter was a nightmare tho. That's where we lost the game.
Sucks that Mike and Bogey really choked down the stretch. Wish Quin would have just called a timeout in that scenario, but alas. I'm glad we didnt just defer to hero ball.
Bruh he's our only hope. If you leave it up to Ryan Smith and JZ, they are just going to do the safest options. At least Ainge has the power to influence a ballsy move.I hope he decides he wants no part of the Jazz and leaves tomorrow.
**** that POS.
Niang was completely unplayable in the playoffs. Shot like 17% from 3. So I guess he would have fit right in.Niang and Ingles of last year would have made a massive difference in this series.
Brunson certainly did.I don't even think the Mavs played well this series.
Niang was pretty good in the Memphis series, but people like to forget that and only remember the Clippers series where he had bad matchups. He would have been fine in this series.Niang was completely unplayable in the playoffs. Shot like 17% from 3. So I guess he would have fit right in.
