EHH...wrong answer but thanks for playing. Don't let a short memory lead you wrong. He was flashy and fun and brought us some success and hope. He might crack the top 5 of best Jazz players, but only just.
No, it's obvious.
Dantley and Maravich were more empty stats. D-Will was great. Stop being petty.
Strike that. Reverse it. Quit being a fan-boy.
D-Will is #2.
Maravich was an overrated showman.
Before my time, but wasnt the pistol more of a 2 than a pg anyway?
Before my time too, but he seems like a guy who is more romanticized for his style (basically Allen Iverson before AI existed) than he was for his winning.
D-Will regularly owned Chris Paul when he was with Utah. Chris Paul will go down as a top 10 PG of all time (as much as it pains me to say).
I remember when D-Will was widely regarded as the best PG in the league, he had the nastiest crossover.
When was that? Paul has been viewed by pretty much everyone except Utah fans as better than D Will from the beginning.
If we try we can turn this into another praise Rudy thread....check this out:
