Jazz can get down to about $64M by renouncing all free agents (which would include Favs, Hood and Exum), not picking up options for Sefolosha, Jerebko and Udoh and finding a trade partner for Burks.
I think this might what the "blow it up" proposal was for the OP, although I disagree on getting rid of Rubio.
To me, the key pieces for the Jazz to retain are Gobert, Mitchell and Rubio. Ingles is decent value at his salary and a great "glue" guy. I'd keep him in the rotation, although not necessarily as a starter. Bradley is a decent prospect, so try to keep him. If I were Lindsey, I'd also try to bring Sefolosha and Udoh back.
Main goal is to find starters at the 3 and 4, one coming as a free agent (or via trade) and one via the draft (or by trading our draft pick).
