What's new

CJ Miles

CJ has blemishes for sure, but looking back at those Jazz teams and who got to play in front of him a part of me wonders why, and dreams of what might of been.

While talking about what might have been, look who is back....Darren Wolfson: The #Twolves hope to bring Kyrylo Fesenko in for summer league. Previous NBA experience with Utah & Indiana. Should happen. Twitter @DarrenWolfson

Fes is good for a few hard fouls I remember him given Kobe a few trips to the ground.

I'm glad you pointed that out, I never got a chance to neg it.

Now I feel complete.

He would have been a great role player on our lottery team. Why pay extra for losses when we can pay less for those same losses?
I'm glad he shot better as a 5th option or whatever on the Cavs and will be a 7th option for Indiana, but when he tried to be the man on the Jazz he sucked.
I'm not sure what you think you were right about, but we didn't and don't need him. I'm happy for him though.

Also consider the fact CJ puts up his numbers against other backups. There is a HUGE difference between playing against starters vs. the 2nd string.

But good for CJ. He goes to a contender and Indiana needs outside shooting. It's a good fit.

CJ's 3% was .411 as as starter, .366 as a reserve.

CJ always struck me as a player with a ton of potential and you could see the talent just waiting to explode. But, at the same time he always struck me as completely lazy and unwilling to improve his game and take it to the next level the way I believe he could have.

At least he's getting another payday though. Good for him.

I liked Fess. Without him we didn't get to the WCF a few years ago. Nene was destroying Memo until Memo got hurt. Fess came in and shut Nene down like a boss.

Fess was goofy and obviously didn't try very hard. With his size and strength (and decent agility for his size)...if only he had a good work ethic... he could have been dominant.

CJ has a quick touch with the ball. He can handle the ball and put it on the floor as well as put the ball in the hoop. I think we should give him a chance to see what he can do. If anything, he'll bring a solid smile to our player staff as well as our coaches table. He
