CJ always struck me as a player with a ton of potential and you could see the talent just waiting to explode. But, at the same time he always struck me as completely lazy and unwilling to improve his game and take it to the next level the way I believe he could have.

At least he's getting another payday though. Good for him.

Lazy? Meh.

He seemed like a gym rat to me. That said, he always had this look about him that connoted fear. That's what I didn't like about him.

The funny thing is is that Hayward is about as consistent as CJ.

You never knew whether he was going to make 10 shots in a row or miss 10 shots in a row. Both live out on the perimeter and are allergic to the paint. Both let their shot determine their games. If the shot was going in CJ hustled, played defense, and stayed engaged. If not? Disappearing act. Likewise, if Hayward missed his first few shots in the first he would completely disappear for the game.

Hell, they're basically the same player except Hayward chucks a lil less.

I never understood why the Jazz ran that action. CJ never made that damn shot, but he seemed to take it all the time.
