Clarkson's contract becomes very appealing in the marketplace next year. It looks we are legit trying to make a run at the playoffs this year. Just need to figure out how the playmaking will work or not work. Clarkson may have to morph yet again.

It's a good contract for contenders who want to get off a bad one year deal if they have draft capital to attach

Jordan Clarkson found his home in Utah. It's a beautiful thing to see man. We are STACKED this season. If one or two of our rooks blossom like Kessler did we could be an absolute powerhouse. That 2nd unit is looking like it could be deadly as hell.

The wild thing about Clarkson is he can either be an integral part of a tank or a compete now depending on game to game. I love the dude, and his erratic play swings are difficult to remember in July.

I don't think that is the case because we were here plenty of Myles Turner speculation around the trade deadline last year and that was only a few months after his renegotiate and extend deal.
