I don’t actually think owners are angry. I know reports say they are “furious” or whatever, but I think that’s all lip service. I think all teams are guilty to some extent. It’s like tampering. You will here about a team getting upset when they are the direct victim, but it still goes on nonetheless.
Owners and players are fine with this. Silver just needs to make this go away and he will.
