No. It shows that Russia has no loyalty to him. But they use his infrastructure to hurt western democracies. Keeping him at arm’s length gives them plausible deniability as they continue to use Wikileaks to hurt the west. They don’t actually care about Assange’s well-being. They care about using Wikileaks as an outlet.
Dude, it’s pretty obvious that you want to live in an alternative universe. If I post 100 news stories proving Assange’s usefulness to Russia, you’ll just deny it. So continue to believe what you want honestly. I’m not trying to convince you if anything. But just understand your disinformation will be refuted so others on the board can know the truth.

The United States Center for Disease Control is advising U.S. citizens to reconsider if they were planning to take a sea cruise in Asia, as large cruise ships could become infected with the Coronavirus. Those traveling in Asia may be subject to those countries' quarantines and should not expect to be evacuated by the U.S. Dept. of State charters.
A total of 28 U.S. citizens repatriated from the Diamond Princess cruise ship in Japan have now tested positive for Covid19. Additional cases may emerge among passengers of the Diamond Princess, as some are likely still in an incubation stage.

As a one-time research worker in the biological/immunological sciences specializing in developing monoclonal antibodies, with fellow workers doing all kinds of creative genetics, I have been concerned for years about the dangers of such creations being weaponized or accidentally spread outside the labs. It's virtually impossible, imo, to be 100% on any safety criteria. Really.
However the term "Coronavirus" doesn't seem all that new to me, and it should only take a few months to establish an effective vaccine, and a few more months to produce it in appropriate quantities.
I find quacks sounding off on conservative talk radio who are in full fear-mongering mode, throwing out theories nobody has done any research on. Such as postulating that the virus has enough variability in effects there could be millions of unsymptomatic carriers walking around, now all over the world, and that we will shortly be seeing serious, deadly cases showing up as well. Who knows.
But in general, a high-ranking expert on the outs with the establishment deserves some thoughtful consideration.

Hardly, for a liberal you sure do subscribe to the Cold-War theory of geopolitics. If they were allies, they would help him, like they did Snowden, which has some propaganda value so it certainly is not altruistic. But I guess you don't trust John Pilger, who is probably one of the most reputable sources on these topics in the world.
My disinformation. The disinformation is that Assange is a Russian asset. He's not an asset of any nation. He's more hated by the U.S. because we have caused more and continue to cause more hostility than any nation in the world.

China, Hong Kong and South Korea are shut down for the most part. Iran has cases in every major city.
There are also dispersed cases in the U.S. that are not being reported. U.S. CDC gave a press briefing yesterday and said they are prepared to close schools and businesses if the virus continues to spread.
Otherwise, media coverage of the virus has actually decreased quite dramatically, which is a bad sign. It means that CDCs and governments don't know what to tell people and are likely preparing for this to just play out. There isn't much they can do about the virus and social breakdown could become more dangerous than the virus itself.
China keeps changing the way it counts official numbers for infected, serious cases and attributable deaths. The real numbers may be classified.
