Ersan Ilyasova wants out of Milwaukee

I like this guy a lot, we need more outside shooting, and a sf. I would love to send the Bucks Okur and Miles, but that is in a perfect world.

What would it take to get that deal done?

Is he an outside shooter? Is he a 3? His stats don't warrant a major trade that's for sure, but I've liked the little I've seen of him.

More interesting from hoopshype:

Spartak St. Petersburg is in talks with the agent of Andrei Kirilenko

He can play both depending on match ups, and he is a dead eye shooter. I've liked him for a couple years now think he would fit nicely on the Jazz.

If he was a SF, then you go after him. But he's really not. I'd trust Millsap becoming a 3 more than Ilyasova becoming one.

I like Ilyasova in the right situation, but the Jazz don't need him at all. Interestingly enough, given his strength's and weaknesses, Milwaukee is a great fit.

I really like Ilyasova and he did play SF for the Bucks. He would be able to handle that position better than Milsap.

He is not a natural SF, more of a face up PF. Still he gives us much needed long range shooting and is young, so would take him if the price is cheap.

I get the sense none of you will be happy unless we trade Miles for a future HOF player. Nothing like that will ever happen. We need players who can fill different roles. We have the core in place now we need role players. Some of you are talking out of your butts, he is indeed a good shooter and can play sf, by the way better than Millsap plays sf.

You're going to tell those of us that have bothered to inform ourselves at all that we're talking out of our asses, then you're going to come in and say Ilyasova logged ANY minutes at SF? (Hint; he didn't, you are screaming out of your ***)

Yes he does play sf, and pf, he can handle the ball on the perimeter, he has shot in the mid 30% range every year event one and is a capable scorer. I would be stoked to get him on the jazz. You sir as I said before are talking out of your *** as you clearlyhave not watched him play very closely.
