I mean, like, everyone is racist in there own way by your definition (I agree). Does not matter if OVERALL power as a GROUP or PEOPLE or not.

I can think of a dozen examples of "racism" that has nothing to do with race. LGBT, overweight, gang culture, stature, religion (HUGE), political affiliation...

So you want to define racism as merely culture + location or do we extend racism in 2017 to include not only race but also all persecuted peoples? I think we have already done so but wanted to clarity from you.
