Serious question: do you enjoy being a punchline of the board?

The point is simple - being a 6'5" SG/PG with a 6'6" wingspan is not a weakness. Could he have a strength of a 6'11" wingspan, sure but 6'6" isn't a negative. It isnt a weakness.

Doesnt matter. The point still stands. Donte's size isn't a weakness. Average yes, but not a weakness.
Hey if this is just gonna turn into a nobody admits they were wrong thing (even though it’s clear that one person was) and we all just stop talking about it. That’s fine. But for the record, from a persuasion standpoint the point does not stand at all. You brought up two examples and both were proven factually false. From a neutral observer standpoint that doesn’t help your case much. In fact you haven’t given a single example of a player who is successful with DD’s measurements. And it wouldn’t even be surprising if there was one! Having a weakness does not mean that a player can’t be successful.
But it has done more harm than good that you can’t bring up a factual example of a similar player. And even more harm that the two ‘go to’ guys you gave as comparisons weren’t really good comparisons at all. Which means you may be working with incorrect assumptions in your head when giving your scouting report
Short version: based on what you have said, and as someone who doesn’t really do much scouting himself, I’ve never been lower on DD’s potential than this very moment.
Just saying.
Dudes vertical makes up for being short at 6'5 lol move on
This reply makes me feel like you didn't really read my post, or I worded it really poorly. There are plenty of successful players with Donte's measurements. Those players still have a size weakness though. Y'all really need to put **** into perspective. You can overcome a weakness, but it's still there.
