How many of those disappearing tickets were multiple games? Maybe they're pulling from the greedy ****ers that took advantage? Just a thought.

I had no issues with my 2 tix last night.

I didn't say it was stealing, just asked. I agree it's not stealing but it's the closest thing to stealing in this situation with out actually stealing lol. I don't give a **** that u did but this is why we can't have nice things.

I think there's something to this. A guy I worked with got 4 tickets total for tomorrow's game. I traded him so that he had 4 connected seats and although they took the tickets I gave him they haven't taken the ones he gave me.
 
My tickets went away and I got a phone call from them. I was very polite at first and he was very rude over and over about it. He told me he was taking the my tickets away and any that I had transferred. He then proceeded to talk down to me about scamming them and their system. I was a little more aggressive at that point and said I did nothing wrong. I went to their website and it offered me free tickets. Nothing I did broke rules. He was somewhat polite after that. I figured it was fun while it lasted and a bummer I cant keep the tickets and have to tell a couple people I transferred to that they cant go either.

He explained that this was supposed to be a promotion for their dealerships for selling cars. They messed up and didnt put in a need for a password and lots of people took advantage of it.

Although because of his rudeness I am tempted to call back and be rude and threaten them. I signed an agreement with them for the tickets which I followed. They are not upholding their part of the contract on their website. I understand that this sucks for them but it was their mistake not anyone elses.

The other part of me thinks that is a waste of time to get upset about free tickets being taken away...

His explanation makes sense but I don't see how they can go and take away tickets from people because they ****ed up.

Any chance you could PM me this guys info? My issue is the times I paid for a ticket and got two free. I would like my money back for the ones I bought. At this point they are single tickets.
 
I just e-mailed Flash Seats for an explanation. According to their website, once tickets are transferred, that transfer cannot be undone. If it was, they are in violation of their own policy.
 
I still don't understand how they can take the tickets away. What if I drove all the way to Utah and booked a hotel and everything?
