See my thread I posted a few days back. Opponents shot about 39% at the rim last year against Gobert (iirc), and they're only shooting 30% so far this year. Idk about the other aspects of his defense, but his rim protection is still best in the league, and even better than last year.I don't think he has been as good defensively. At least not to the eye test. I can link you the thousand threads where people talked about him being one of the best defenders of all time. He just doesn't look the same.
Tuck?
Opponents shoot 34% around him and there isn't anyone even close to that number. He's pretty much the same player, just isn't securing the ball on rebounds and catching the ball on offense.
They repeat everything they hear. So, next time you say "It's time for dinner!", they reply with "THAT'S A G-DAMN FOUL! F***!" See how that might be a problem?

Did Boler just call Chris Johnson CJ lol?!
I like him a lot. People would change their tunes very quickly if he was on the Jazz. There is exactly 0% chance of that ever happening, though.I must be the only person here who likes Blake Griffin.

I can't fault you for having this thought before the game, but Neto held his own tonight. Or at least he had a hell of a 3rd Quarter.
This one makes up for the OKC loss. Solid win.
not even close (as I reckon). The Clippers are slumping hard. OKC took a giant **** on us at home.
On the 1 hand I'm stoked we've beaten the Clippers... on the other it took Hayward hitting 5-7 from threes to take out the win as well as multiple clutch plays/shots.
Can he or we do this consistently?!?!?!
I don't even recognize this board anymoreIt's funner with the positive delusions... by a mile
The beauty of this team is it doesn't have to be just Hayward or fail. Favors, Hood, Burks, and Gobert in his own way are all capable of putting the team on their back.On the 1 hand I'm stoked we've beaten the Clippers... on the other it took Hayward hitting 5-7 from threes to take out the win as well as multiple clutch plays/shots.
