I love that a couple nights after Gobert gets posterized by DeAndre Jordan he makes a couple great blocks and puts himself out there. I really respect guys in the NBA who get posterized because they are trying to make plays and dont just get out of the way because they dont want to be in a highlight. Loved Goberts block on Tristian and Lebron. Anyone got gifs of these.

I think we need a gifs only thread like the General Discussion but Jazz highlights only, or maybe Gobert only blocks.

I have an idea for a huge poster at the end of Gobert's career for the Jazz. The poster will be DeAndre Jordan posterizing Rudy, but it will be constructed by using a collage of small pictures of all the blocks he's made throughout his career... That'd be epic! I'd hang this on my wall... and I am not even a big posters guy.

it cant happen in high level competition, especially in playoffs. how many times have u witnessed spurs let a big come back to opposite team ? you shouldnt let a game you are playing way better and leading couple points in last min, to last sec buzzer. you may not get lucky the next time you let that happen

Exactly. Been saying this since summer league. Kobe and Jordan have/had similar body language and I think he just emulates them. I mean I use to rub the side of my face before each free throw and study hornaceks shot and movement because I wanted to be like him.
