Game #9: Cavs at Jazz Tuesday 01/10/2012 7 pm MST

I mean I'm positive that the coaching staff is telling them just the opposite right? Here is to you captain obvious.

No it's not obvious, because it is appears that they don't even know what they should be trying to do. I expect that the fans can't see these things, but I would think that the pros would.

So you are implying that you have more basketball insight then the average fan. Were you a pro? OMG you are Dr. J huh? You are! damnit I knew it! GUYS IT"S DR J!!!!! HOT dang!

The refs were disturbing tonight! It makes me wonder if there is anything they can't do before they're called on it. In the second half, Millsap and Favors were playing defense like they would burst into flames if they touched their man, and the refs called any contact at all. One of the most disturbingly suspicious games I have ever seen!
It might help if the announcers for the Jazz didn't want the team to be known as a "nasty" team .

Why would Dr. J come to a Jazz site to talk basketball.
He's obviously Tom Chambers.

I know more about how to play basketball than most pros. I just didn't have an NBA body.

Harris did have a bad game, but he still runs the offense and our offense is looking better.
The nice thing about this team is that different guys step up each night.

Seems a bit circular. The desire of Harpring for the Jazz to be nasty has now caused the refs to exhibit one of the most egregious officiating travesties of the modern world? Pistons won plenty of championships as a "nasty" team, and they actually had the reputation.

Only saw the 2nd half but I thought that Hayward ran the offense a lot. Harris just brings the ball up the court and sometimes bulls into the rim. Harris plays hard but I want to see much better passing from him. Hopefully that will come over some more games as he gets more comfortable.

When did Babbit ever get 8 assists in a game? If the Jazz ran more plays through Hayward, he could average 8 assists a game. Elite court vision.

8 ast a game is great for PG's, Hayward just got his career high in assists ( one bogus as I already explained ) and you think he can average it? If he ever has a season with 5 assist/game I would be shocked. Remember, even Lebron who is arguably the best passing forward and had unlimited freedom and touches in Cleveland averaged over 8 ast only in one season in his career so far. Saying Hayward could do that is really not smart, sorry.

Loved it when Harp said "Raja should get the night off" after he missed his first two shots because he had a baby. I know what he meant, but he shouldn't be starting anyway, so it's funny we should give him a pass when we've had to do that all season.

Hayward got at least 4 of his assists through the offense. Screen low and he comes to out to take the pass from Harris/Watson. Dump it inside to Al/Millsap/Favors and they work in the post. Not taking anything away from him though. Harris won't get his assist numbers as this is the play we run 60% if the time.
