Game Thread - Warriors @ Jazz 7 PM MTN

What a game!! Good to see Ingles find his stroke again, hopefully that will give him confidence going forward. Rudy was dominant tonight and Crowder and Korver were huge. Dante looked good as well.
Sums it up nicely.
Rudy is such a consistent bad ***

Some of the shots Kyle Korver hit tonight were unbelievable. It's amazing he'd even attempt some of these looks.
Ya it's pretty crazy how contested some of his looks are

Quin tells him to. Not each shot each time but Mitchell has been told if he is open its a good shot.

But it’s not a good shot. A layup is far better. And as one of our only players athletic enough to drive and draw fouls, he’s got to be more of a threat to get guys in foul trouble. The great ones control the game with fouls and free throws. As annoying as it is to admit it, look at how often harden kills games by drawing cheap fouls and scoring easy pts at the FT line.

If Mitchell has a mismatch, he needs to drive not shoot a 3.

Let Korver shoot the 3s. Mitchell needs to be Russell Westbrook or D Wade.

That was fun! Dm needs to change his shot selection a tad. Ingles Korver splash uncle rule in effect. Rudy have it to Green so hard... just fantastic.

Btw, Mitchell was 2-11 for 3s tonight. Those aren’t good shots. He shot more 3s than anyone else on the court! He shot as many 3s as KD and Thompson COMBINED.

Cool. So we beat a pretty disinterested GS team. But chucking up 3s rather than controlling the game and exploiting mismatches is exactly what’ll lead us to getting our asses kicked against the Pacers, Mavs, and Magic of the league.

Yup and it sucks. Thing is, he keeps saying he wants to improve on passing and what not but he's continually having mediocre to terrible shooting nights and not finding any way to get others involved
Not true at all. Donovan made quite a few exceptional assists that led to open shots, including some 3-pointers. But his shot is off; he may be hurt, but that was some block he made of Klay.

That's happened both games against the Warriors. Green gives Utah free possessions nearly every time he tries to go at Gobert. It has like a 10% success rate and has a better chance at leading to transition points for Utah than it does Golden State scoring.
