I know and I was not being serious. The media just loves to make points out of everything like here in Norway when a big deal was made of a local soccer derby where one team had not beat the other for 17 years - but they had only been in the same division for two of those...
 
In a lot of warriors fan talk they keep bring up the idea that management has said the pick is in negotiations with Utah to keep it. They say the Warriors want to pay to keep it.

I'll be so freaking mad if KOC sells this pick to GS

No way he sells it for money but I would not mind a decent trade. Especially if they offer a couple future 1st with no restrictions or maybe Curry.

Agreed. I've sort of given up on this year's GS pick (unless NJ or Toronto started tanking big time or GSW suddenly win a few games).

Moreover - Portland will be picking up Lillard and I'm sort of "meh" on us picking up Marshall at #8-#9.

I just think we can do better than that in a future draft.

Not a good day today but still in the hunt.
 
the spurs-sans-stars are still good enough to beat the Ws twice. they were fairly close to beating us, after all.

but again, i still think the Ws only need 1 win to protect the pick, and 2 would basically seal it up. so the home game against NOH should do it, the @minny game if they want to give us some extra insurance.
 
The last game of the year could totally be the ultimate tank game with both teams sitting players. The two wins I counted was NO and SA at the end.

I agree they have been getting pretty close to overcoming some of the better teams playing for the playoffs recently. They are bound to get lucky at least once and probably twice.
 
How the hell does Boston lose to Toronto? NJ won too. Not a good night for the Jazz. I really have my doubts the Jazz are going to get the GS pick.
