Hayward's work ethic has pushed his capability each year in the NBA, and his stats and on court game prove this. A player that works hard with continued growth is a rarity. Even after adding a ton of depth to the team Hayward showed his growth on offense. He is also underrated on defense.

Losing a player like this is about the worst thing that can happen to a team on the rise.
