What's new

Jazz need new jerseys

Denver has home yellow jerseys.

They are not the primary unis. And they are a Yellow like the Lakers so it might slide.

If I remember the rule it states that home unis must be white or a light shade/color that is a lighter color than the visiting team unless there is a special event.

NBA has since added things like retro and alts.

That's right, the Denver ones are Alts. They had some awesome retro Alts that they wore at home a couple years ago. They had the old mountain Denver logo on it.

IDK what's official and what's "special occasion" for uniforms, but the NBA has been getting more relaxed in recent years. Like last week the Jazz wore dark blue and Nuggets wore light blue, allegedly for Veterans Day. Nobody was in white that night.

However, tonight was the worst example I've seen: the Knicks wore orange while the Hawks wore red. I only saw part of the game on my phone, but I thought they were pretty close. Obviously this never would have happened in the age of B&W TVs, but still I thought the colors were too similar. Not sure if the players had any issues during the game (i.e. passing to an opponent).

The white one is so ordinary. I wanna see some good design and colorful which reflects the excitement though the green one is ok. I miss old jerseys too.

Bump.

We need some more input (votes) in this threads. Stoked, you should sticky this so that a Jazz official sees it one day.

I still like these ones.

I think we can all agree these were pretty bad, but I'd still like to see them one night a year for retro.

I think it's the memories associated with those that I like.

Kind of boring, but still better than what we have today.

Exept you have to have the white ones. The home jerseys have to be white (unless your the Lakers)

The league should require a minimum brightness for home jerseys and maximum brightness for away. When teams want to change their Jerseys the league could have an approval process. The team could send the league a blank jersey in the color they are considering for approval.
