The screen was stupid but if he rolled deep he would have drowned in defense instead of the open lane for the dunk.

My thought was Kanter needed to move one way or the other a couple of steps is all. He just stopped and then finally started moving when Hayward was more or less stuck. On the original screen if Kanter had taken one step into the lane Hayward could have dropped him a short bounce pass for the FTL jumper, if he had taken a step back Hayward could have wrapped the pass back around his defender for a 20 footer. It worked out, but more because Hayward kept control and Kanter finally started moving, but what he initially did out of the screen almost killed the play.

Absolutely. He has a lot of way to reach where we estimate him at his ceiling (multiple all-stars etc.)

Now imagine if he could become a triple-threat on that position.
