So you dont have any evidence? I would love to read about information that shows problems with their reports. What is your basis for claiming they "twist their conclusion..."

Unless its a baseless claim and you cant back it up.

I've always felt the modern era of conspiracy thinking started with The JFK assassination, though some might start that era with the belief that FDR knew Pearl Harbour was coming, and kept it under wraps.

Anyway, since I'm nothing if not overly rational, I've always been turned off by the irrationality inherent in much of conspiracy thinking. That said, while there may not have been a second shooter in Dealy Plaza, I do believe Oswald was not alone. In other words, there was a conspiracy to kill JFK. But, there are few other of the modern conspiracy theories that I pay any heed to, and I long ago began calling this day and age the age of conspiracy theories.

And I do like a quote from one of the servicemen in Ken Burn's recent documentary on the Vietnam War: "We were probably the last generation to believe our government would never lie to us". Yep, I'd say he hit that nail on the head. Vietnam, followed by Watergate, changed America's perception of America and its government in pretty fundamental ways. JMHO.

And I certainly don't reject the idea that there are conspiracies in the world.

9/11 for instance, could have been directed by unknown or as yet unidentified organizations. But Those planes DID take off, they did hit the things we all know they hit and the Towers fell because they were hit by those planes. There's still plenty of room to discuss conspiracy within the actual reality of what happened. Just as you mention with JFK and Oswald. Oswald shot JFK, that doesn't mean that without a doubt he acted completely independently.

Where I do get annoyed is when people use the unknown to claim actual knowledge of things they have no possible way of having actual knowledge of. That's a certain kind of mental issue that needs to be addressed.

Watch this video, watch the two clips of the actual impact on the Pentagon (the one from the Pentagon and the other from the hotel) and tell me you're 100% convinced a plane hit it. My step-dad worked at the Pentagon for 20 + years, during 9/11 and he's not.
I believe a plane did take off that day. I still struggle to believe it hit the Pentagon though.

Did you read the Snopes link about this? It explained all of the issues from that video in that article.

You do also know that there are a lot of witnesses and all of their stories independently collaborate that they saw a large plane and not a jet or military plane. A lot of them are independent sources.

Yeah, I read it. I don't discount it completely. Again, the point I'm making is sometimes the conspiracies are based off of some pretty believable things. Even a US Army Major General says a missle hit the Pentagon along with tons of other experts relating to 747s.

I used to make fun of people that said 9/11 is a conspiracy. Then I did a lot of research on it and have pretty much concluded that what the government has told us about it isn't 100% the truth. That said, I'm not sure what is, but way too many things don't add up (that's the opinions of tons of experts on it too.)

The facts are pretty obvious that a Boeing plane hit the Pentagon. If you have really researched it there is a ton of very hard evidence now that proves it was a plane without much doubt. I am sure the government has not released everything they know and maybe have been less than 100% up front about everything. But we do know for a fact that a Jetliner hit the pentagon that day. I mean back then maybe it made sense to have doubts but there is video evidence of it now.

Can you provide me with a link of the video evidence and large plane debris that was found at the crash site?
