At least I like beaver. I don't even think you have ever seen Beaver in person. The last time I went down to beaver I thought I bet beantown could learn to appreciate Beaver if he would just give Beaver a chance.

In my experience, the best cities economic wise to live in US are, McAllen and Harlingen from Texas, Fort Smith from Arkansas, Knoxville, Johnson City and Franklin from Tennessee.

There are some others but these are my favs.
