Mavs vs. Heat Finals Thread

time to get this discussion back on topic

wouldn't it be great if the Mavs can wrap this up TONIGHT? Here's hoping!
 
If the Mavs wrap up the series tonight, I'm gonna go buy myself a Nowitzki jersey.

Kidding, of course. But that would be pretty sweet.
 
Dallas has the momentum.

And i think for the first time all playoffs, you're starting to see doubt in the Heat. Wade is looking more and more frustrated, constantly yelling at Lebron and Chalmers.
Lebron is looking more and more like Queen James.
Bosh is showing why he's the least of the big 3.

The Mavs superior bench is flexing its muscles and Terry/JJ Barea have regained their mojos.

However, that said, I look for Miami to come out with an incredible effort tonight. Dallas is going to need to continue to get solid contributions from everyone. Meanwhile, if Miami gets just anything out of Chalmbers, Anthony, Haslem, or Jones/Miller, they should win.

I have a feeling that this game is going to be either an epic battle with Dallas squeaking by. Or a solid win by Miami/blowout for Miami.
 
Thriller is right, if Miami does not blow them out (big half time lead), they are done. Miami is poised to implode if Dallas keeps it close. Chandler not falling asleep on defense tonight will be key for Dallas.
 
D Steve should shut his mouth and just play. His taunting just got Miami riled up. D Steve 's mouth has gotten him into trouble again. Dirk is sucking up this game. He needs to step it up.
 
Terry going off again tonight. Dirk missing shots that any jr high kid could hit he is that open. If Dirk could make a shot Dallas would be up by double digits at the half.
 
There's either 12 minutes left in the entire NBA season, Dallas has another epic Finals collapse and gets outscored by 10 in the 4th qtr, or Steve Javie single-handedly forces a Game 7. I think all 3 options are very much in play.
 
All NBA fans wanna thank the Dallas Mavericks!!!!! Do we care they are NBA Champs, no, we do care that the Miami Heat aren't.
 
I didn't care either way. I am glad Dirk finally got his and even though the Heat are hated by most, I do feel for their hardcore fans. I remember our two losses in the finals and it sucked.
