Netflix recs?

Evil Genius on Netflix was solid.

But I’ve found The Staircase to be much more compelling and intelligently crafted.

My wife and I really like watching This Is Us together. Really good show if you like shows that bring out the emotions/waterworks.

Judas, what happened to you?

(I’m assuming the same thing that happened to me when I started having little girls — my nuts vanished, pink became more than just a color, and porn was essentially ruined for life.)

I've been watching BoJack Horseman. Finished season 3 last night. It's probably my favorite adult cartoon right now. It's funny (obvi) but it's also surprisingly profound and depressing.

Gross. I barely made it through 3/4ths of the first episode, without even cracking a smile, before I turned that **** off. What a waste. I don’t watch cartoons to be depressed, or to think too deeply about real issues that I’ve seen ruin loved ones lives; I watch them to laugh and to forget about the day to day grind for a bit. That being said...

Big Mouth, hilarious.

This.

Totally my kind of sick, over the top, crude, smart comedy. I don’t know if I’ve ever actually laughed out loud during a show more than I did watching the first season.
So. Damn. Funny.

Im watching Santa Clarita Diet. Pretty funny show

Well if you and Rubashov like it then I have to give it a try.
Its been favorited on my app. I will get to it eventually

As for Netflix recs, I’m sure I’m in the minority on this one, but I absolutely love The OA (at least I think that’s what it was called). Sure, it had its moments where I thought I’d be done watching the series without finishing it, but there was something about the last 30 minutes of the series that made me glad I stuck around. I’m far from being a movie buff like some of you are, but that ending really hit me hard. I rarely cry during movies/shows, but the waterworks were in full force for me on that one.

Now that I’ve said it, I guess I cry during movies and shows more than I thought...

I just watched the first season of Lost In Space, and while I didn’t really care for the first episode and almost didn’t watch any more, I’m glad I did. Again, the last little bit of the final show was heart-wrenching, and I found myself sobbing again like a lil’ bitch with a skinned knee. Without giving too much away, the scene with the tar pit was unbelievable.

It doesn’t hurt that I’d give half my kingdom for a threesome with those two sisters, and I normally don’t find black chicks all that attractive...

This is us would make you cry like a ************* if you watch it. Great show man. Give it a chance.
The dad on the show is like the best dad/husband ever and actually inspires me to try to do better.
