Plus Mack really limited his "cmon Mack" moments in the game when he was on the floor with Hayward as opposed to coming off and co-leading the 2nd unit.
Would you rather have Mack on the 2nd unit trying to do too much or just playing with the first unit? Exum is better at pressuring the 2nd unit ball-handlers too.
I don't have Mack Hate, either. But, damn, he's looked bad the past two games. Every turnover has been a "WTF!!"
The biggest threat in this game is Kemba. I would try and put our best PG defender on him that we have available as much as possible. That is Exum. Mack is better at scoring on his own off the bench than anything else. Plus if he cant come off the bench and help much we have other options if he is playing bad. We know Exum can play with our starters well and be a good defender. We have seen that already for a decent chunk of games.

Ehhh, idk. It's kind of like when you have a shutdown corner you dont always put him on the #1 guy. Using Exum to hound the 2nd unit guys has worked great for us this season. I dont know if you want to come out the gate with your best defensive weapon on him, but I get that strategy. I dont think Exum can really slow down Kemba with how hot he is this season.

How bad can our med staff mess up this thumb injury? I'm only kind of kidding.
The injury is a bit concerning to me... I've had it and it doesn't feel right for a long time and it gets reinjured frequently.
I've had several thumb injuries and my first thought was they better hold him out until it's 100% healed.

This is not a good analogy.
