My official prediction before the season was 37-38 wins. It's looking like if Burks hadn't gotten injured that that might have been a good prediction. As it is I'd be pleasantly shocked if the Jazz even made it to 35 wins. That would involve them going 15-13 over their last 28 games.

I think with a healthy Burks, the improvement would have been seen sooner, and may have put the team on the fringe of the playoffs.
