Pelicans Game Thread

With Davis, Anderson, and Holiday out, the only real offensive threats left are

and

The Jazz should win easily, even with it being a road game.

Maybe a good night for someone to have a career night. Who would it be? Booker?

This is an easy loss. The Jazz only beat good teams like the Warriors and Kings.

So the Jazz have Burke and Exum on the floor so Hayward ends up playing point forward and then we go on a 7-0 run.

We would probably be 5-45 without Hayward... The only other player who can create offense is Burke... and his efficiency is horrendous...

Millsap sucked on defense but Exum did a nice job of containing Evans.

evans had 17 assist against the thunder once. dude can pass

There is no reason we can't just go high to Gobert with great frequency in this game. Let's get him 20 points tonight. . .

I think it's funny that Harpring believes the Pelicans will take the Evans against Exum matchup when they can get it.

Pretty sure they'd prefer Evans against Burke.

Yep, people often mistake lack of desire for lack of ability. For example Kobe is thought of as this ball hog who can't pass, but he's actually an exquisite passer when he wants to pass...

When Jimmer went to the Kings I watched a few Kings games and saw the whole team finish with under 10 assists regularly. So it was probably team culture and not Evans.
