LolGuys I have never posted this but I am going to show you my before at after pics. In 2008 I was overweight and didn't feel good about myself but in 2011 I gained muscle and lost weight. Here are my pics.

I'm one of those guys who can't gain weight easily. Though I wasn't skinny 3-4 years ago as I'm now(in 2012 I had 15-17% body fat), but after I started to exercise regularly I trimmed down immediately. I remember I was shocked when my abs came out only in 45 days or so. I also lost all my thick skin very quickly after the exercises.Wow.. I'm really surprised. Lots of healthy people on Jazzfanz.

The first chart looks off to me, but I'm certainly no expert. I just know what Trout's mom said her % was and it doesn't add up. Maybe she lied?!?! Don't know.
