Here come some really bad ones..... when he makes a jumper can say "nothing but net-o" or if he makes a nice pass or move or play can say "ohhh that's neet-o".

That's what I predicted. Jazz will want vets to backup Burke for this season. Next year, with an experienced Burke, and a vet behind him, Neto will slide in as the #3 PG. And I predict Tinsley will retire and be hired as a player development coach.

If both Burke and Neto were here as rookies, the door could be open for an unnecessary pg controversy. Give Burke this season to win the team over and bring Neto in down the line. No need for both to be here right away.

I don't think that will be a problem, Neto isn't a great shooter by all accounts... he'll be better use off the bench as a slash & dish type PG.

Well Trey isn't a lock to succeed in this league either and will need to prove himself on the floor against proven nba talent. The last thing he or this team needs is any hint of a pg controversy in the beginning.

The Jazz didn't trade for Neto because they thought he was a stiff.

Yea because bring in a vet like Mo Williams wouldn't lead to a PG controversy. Sorry if Burke can't beat out Neto then the Jazz either made a mistake with Burke or they underestimated Neto. I don't see any reason basketball wise to not have both in camp. Usually there are other issues like visa, contracts or financial but to keep him away to avoid a potential controversy is nonsense.

I hear you, but it's just 1 more distraction that Burke doesn't need. We need to get him acclimatized with our playbook and roster and each player's tenancies.

Also you tend to take a job more seriously if you know you're solely responsible.
