This is a trend with him. Third time in 8 months. Its very concerning. He needs to get back to 100%
I see what you mean about being his fault. I dont necessarily think it is anything to do with his movement or musculoskeletal flaws. I mean that this has happened to him three separate times in a short amount of time. My concern is that the physicality of the game and perhaps his lower body length is working against him. I think he needs time to get healthy and strengthen his lower body.100% not his fault. Shizz happens.
Anyway, yes, he needs to sit. No reason to rush back, especially since the Jazz have roster moves they need to make in order for him to fit on his own ****ing team at this point.
Yes. There are two people who get to call the Jazz their team, Rudy is one of them.

I understand the strategey but it peeves the hell out of me. I really want Love. If we had Love and Rudy cleaning up the glass, all your boards are belong to us.Maybe a good strategy just to get back after a missed shot. Had he been retreating to play defense, the injury wouldn't have happened. I notice a lot of teams just give up the defensive board. Utah has been doing that; Boston did it most of the time.
I'm sure a lot of analysis has been done around how many offensive boards a team may get vs. transition points surrendered. Kind of like how long 2's are now viewed as the worst shots. Problem is, no one is finding Rudy on offense, so he's almost relegated to trying to get OR's in order to score.I understand the strategey but it peeves the hell out of me. I really want Love. a lot of other teams don't have Rudy Gobert.Maybe a good strategy just to get back after a missed shot. Had he been retreating to play defense, the injury wouldn't have happened. I notice a lot of teams just give up the defensive board. Utah has been doing that; Boston did it most of the time.
If you can't compete against a small-ball team on its terms, you might as well try to bully it -- especially if it switches a lot on defense, leaving smaller players on big guys at the end of possessions. "You have to punish those teams," says Jason Kidd. "You have to get offensive rebounds." This is what behemoth teams like the Jazz, with Rudy Gobert and Derrick Favors, are betting big on
