It seems that everyone is concerned about Williams being a tweener.... He is a great athlete and a great BBall player. The team that drafts him will find a way to use his talents in a productive way. being a tweener has both drawbacks and possibilities. If he is too big and strong to be guarded by most SF's, and/or too quick to be guarded by PF's... Wouldn't a good coaching staff be able to find a way to use that to create mismatches?
Yes, I know it goes both ways, and he has to guard the other guy too, but I think you take the best overall Basketball player, and find away to fit him into your team. If Williams is available at the 3rd pick, it is likely to be him. Passing on the best player because of position scarcity feels a bit awkward to me.
