What's new

Start Mitchell at the Point.

That's not your argument. You said we look so good right now because we played bad teams. Well, we looked awful against Cleveland with ole Ricky. You can hide behind the final result, but I don't believe we have struggled against any of these teams recently.

We looked awful vs Cleveland?

Again, what was the final score? The Jazz won by +20. They covered the spread. Whatever point you're trying to make, it's about as thin as the logic you use for why Terry Rozier is good.

“Ricky’s a huge part of what we do—his ability to defend the ball, to make shots, to make clutch shots,” Jazz head coach Quin Snyder said on Sunday. “He’s playing really well. Our team is better when we have him.”

Rubio ain't going anywhere. I fully expect DL to overpay him this summer.

I agree with you quin went overboard. He can't defend. Players go past him all the time. Not looking good with those comments

Dude really wants to die on the "A coach is being weird for praising his players" hill lmfao
A coach should always support his players. But let's be honest quin isn't a coach that supports his players unless your a favourite. Rubio is a favourite. Quin hasn't got good track record with supporting or encouraging his players

Cy, all of us with a life know you are a loser because you spend so much time trying to belittle people. I'm just not sure why. Do you not get laid? Was Daddy mean to you? Did Mommy not snuggle with you enough? Regardless, you are pathetic and I hope you can work out your issues of insecurity and lashing out.

As a fan, his praise seemed odd considering our current amazing form. It's almost like he was trying to convince fans that Rubio does have value in a moment when so many are questioning how important he might or might not be.

You are also a moron if you believe this.

Or it might just be a coach instilling confidence in his players, like all coaches do all the time. It's commonplace.

And yes, a lot of fans are incredibly stupid when it comes to Rubio, so his comments are probably in part directed towards educating them.

And Rubio had the best 1st half of the season shooting performance of his career.

If Rubio follows the trend of his career, he is in line for another career year in terms of shooting.

And Rubio's career year still puts him in the bottom half of starting PGs in the league.

I'm not trying to say dump Rubio. I just don't think he needs to play 30 minutes a night. And I don't think he has to start.

He plays 29 mpg.

And he is the best PG on the roster, so he has to start.
