What's new

[Stein] Gordon Hayward just officially notified Utah he's declining his 2017-18 player option

People need to quit kidding themselves, Wayward is out the door. All signs point to it. 11th hour plea to the Jazz to resign Hill. Oblique contingency reference when it's obvious that the Jazz have moved in another direction (Teodosic) and can't afford two max deals (along with Ingles) with the current roster in place without going over. Tanner Ainge tweeting to convince Wayward to stay - more window dressing - tug of war with celebrity dad (wonder who's going to win that one) who just did a fundraiser for him.

Lots of good free agents out there. Bet we still win close to fifty games without him and the Celts still don't unseat the Cleveland Cavaliers.
