I agree that it does not "have to be" about racism. However, do you know any groups that, in practice, proclaim white pride and are not racist?

Rightly or wrongly, stigma does not derive from saying A has to mean some undesirable B, but from the simple existence of B whenever A is present.

Believe it or not, I would prefer to be able to make these statements without engaging in long debates. I simply prefer the debates to letting many responses stand unanswered.

Nothing was unanswered here. You just have to say your piece but I can respect that.

But I am still laughing that Jimmy ended up saying at the end what I was at the beginning as far as the social stigma attached to it.

Also you have yet to say anything that contradicts anything I have said.

Black guy probably gets the job so the company can claim they are diverse, equal opportunity employers.

Then the company probably receives some kind of tax break our something after hiring the minority
 
Maybe I've been living under a rock for the past decade or so, but do real people (in the U.S.) really talk about "white pride" and a need to "celebrate" it? Or is it more just a term used by those on either side of the issue (whatever that is!) when they want to polarize a situation or issue?

My guess is that there are probably some extreme viewpoints that express a desire to celebrate "white pride" but I think for mainstream Americans across the political and/or ideological spectrum that it is a phrase that simply has no meaning whatsoever.

Therefore it seems kind of pointless to argue about it.

You refer to "a few idiots", "some groups", and "white racist groups" as defaming the notion of white pride, oh-so-carefully separating yourself from these people. I'm asking if there are non-idiots, other groups, and/or not-white-racist groups that support it. Do you know of any?

If you think so, then actually try it, and prove me wrong. If you prefer, read the results from other people who have tried it.

Or, just wallow in the ignorance of "probably". Your choice.
 
And of course, the more pointless it is, the longer the argument continues.


And that ought to be a law, or theorem or at least a corollary! You can even name it after me.
