Teams have a tendency to overachieve for a couple games when they're without a star player. So much so that it has a name for it: Wounded Tiger Theory.

I couldn’t believe there was no T on Malone there too.

The most amazing thing in this melt down is KAT hasn’t lost his cool and done something dumb.
 
Minny just play as they play most of the season. Just level up the intensity. But their defesne have been tremendous all year. MCD and NAW are a big part of it. And they have superstar who work hard as well on this part. ANT is a two way player, almost the opposite of Don. Game not over yet but it's nice to watch.

We coulda shoulda would had McDaniels instead of Dok....but we actually had NAW for real lmao. It's all about Don vs Rudy here, but we don't **** up some of those simple things and it would be an entire different conversation right now.

For sure but there would be a lot more fouls called with a different crew. These guys are letting them play. Favors Minny. Bet they tighten it up.

This is Murray at his 100% though. He and the rest of this Nuggets team simply been relying on the Jokic offense machine for too long. Nuggets need a second star. A legit star who can generate his own offense. Like a Kyrie Irving or... KD.
