And even if the Jazz ever had a decent wing player, they groom them..... then trade them away.

This (times a million). If you can't see that Al Jefferson is hurting this team much more often than he is helping.. you are blind. Yes, he's a good guy.. but he's a black hole on this team the majority of the time (even when he's having a good game offensively, he gives up a lot of points on the defensive end).
