Yeah he's also 31. Which is.....not ideal for a rebuild. His advanced stats being good, make the deal worse. Our most valuable asset is still our own picks, since we have the most control over them.

Hey it's still 3 years younger than 34. That has to count for something, right?Yeah he's also 31. Which is.....not ideal for a rebuild.
I think they may be unwilling to part with any picks... I think their plan might be to bundle and trade 3 picks next year... IDK but I hope they are stuck with Russ.
Big man Mentor with Finals experience. He can teach them post moves, pick n pop, how to facilitate as a big. He's actually a great vet to have around Kessler and Dok.Yeah he's also 31. Which is.....not ideal for a rebuild.
At least I don't have to hear about Duncan Robinson anymore.
It was just obvious that it wasn't happening, which is what I've been saying. You should feel worse about getting an inferior deal.
I need to go make a big bet on the Jazz over 23.5... if they go under I'm happy they got good odds.... if they go over I made some money.
The line is at 23.5? If Beasley, Markkanen, Sexton, Conley, and Clarkston all stay on the roster; then that would probably be a little low. Danny will have to throw a few more away for nothing first.I need to go make a big bet on the Jazz over 23.5... if they go under I'm happy they got good odds.... if they go over I made some money.

Then you were wrong. THe guy had way too many years to even be considered for trades.I didn’t think it was obvious we’d take an inferior deal.

We think it is.Isn’t Zeller just a camp deal?
This one is a real head-scratcher. Now instead of two contracts we have to get off before opening night, it's three. Plus no picks? Let alone no unprotected firsts? Really vexing, that's for sure.Saben Lee and Olynyk.
