Rodney Hood tore his left achilles tonight against the Lakers. He was having a very good season, averaging 11 points on 50% shooting and 49% from 3. Apparently his achilles has been bothering him but the Blazers training staff let him go out and play anyway.
Downward trend. At that rate, he’ll be 6/22 by next week.Burks last 2 games have been very good.
6-7 shooting in one game and 6-10 in the last one

And by 18, obviously I mean 15... I started counting rows on his stats page, then noticed he were on several teams some years, then checked number of years, then wrote the first number... Still not bad, though.
He averaged 23.2 last year bro.
A true PG that brought the energy, grit and cojones that this team lacks right now. I’m becoming very disenfranchised with the Jazz this season.Ricky Rubio has 73 assists to 9 TOs over his last 7 games.
He's second in the league with 9.2 APG.
He's posting close to a ridiculous 5 AST/TO ratio.
He's on pace to become the first player ever to average over 12 PPG and 8 APG with less than 2 TOPG in a season.
He's +97 on the season (18 games played).
He's got a +7.7 net rating, highest among all starters outside the top-10 teams in the league (Jazz are led by Bojan at 4.2, Rudy at 3.8).
He's doing all of the above with Ayton suspended for 25 games since the season opener and with Baynes missing 9 games recently due to injury, on a Suns team featuring Frank Kaminsky, Dario Saric and Cheick Diallo at C (they're all PFs, and Kaminsky and Saric are missing a lot of bunnies around the rim, but they at least can catch a ball).
He's also doing so next to a ball-dominant guard like Devin Booker who still gets to average over 6 APG, while letting Ricky run the show and taking advantage of his leadership and understanding of the game, helping Book post an ultra-efficient 51-41-91 shooting line with close to 26 PPG.
Besides his excellent D and all-out effort, he's back to being an incredibly fun and impactful player on offense. Quin is an excellent coach, but it's just such a shame we never got to see the Jazz play around Rubio's strengths, instead relying on the same system that asked for such a different type of guard. The endless handoffs, hero ball in the 4QT and putting the rock in Ingles' hands could only take them so far.
