Good luck with Tulsa the third best team in their state.... but then hey so is your team.Matt Harpring and I will be rooting for the same team. I can't wait.
I can't wait to watch Utah lose two bowls in a row. Seriously though, I can't.

Not huge news but I expected somebody to post that Tyler Shreve was xfer'ing to Riverside (Calif.) Community College to play baseball and football. Sounds like he just wasn't mentally able to make the transition to a starting Div 1 football QB.

FYI, been coaching an "elite" team that is going up to Washington over the Christmas break for some Nike tourney. Anyway, Austin Lee from Alta is playing corner for us and he is a Utah commit and I was unimpressed with him when we played him in-season but he has won me over in our practices. Very good work ethic. Got good length and plays the ball well.
This is good news. IMO, the secondary has always been the weak link in Utah's defense.
I heard a stat earlier this season that disagrees. I can't remember exactly what it was, but it was something like (and this is probably it but I can't be absolutely certain) Utah is the only team in college football to have a defensive back taken in the last 4 NFL drafts. This is good news.
