Wells Report concluded that the Patriots violated rules and Tom Brady was aware

there are more questions then answer when you read the wells report. nobody knows what PSI was pats or colts ball before the game for sure. IT WASN'T RECORDED!!!

if the PSI is so damn important then why not record them?

I feel like the Wells report has enough evidence in it to show Brady was knowingly part of what was going on. Again, my hope is that Brady sues the NFL and his phone records/emails/text messages are subpoena'd. My guess is, you'll see Brady accept whatever goes down in his appeal, because anybody with common sense can see he's guilty as **** and wants no part of the judicial system actually seeing the evidence.

this is what i know

1. brady played with 'fat' and 'heavy' football against the Jets 10/16/2014.
2. brady was angry that his ball was tampered by refs - ball boys measured the ball and it was 16psi.

brady obviously hated playing with 16psi football. did brady just tell ball boys to

1. 'boys. i hated that frigign balloon! you are fired if i ever have to play with the balloon again!'
2. 'boys. i want my ball to be at 12.5. say it with me. 12.5. 13.5? you are fired. 14.5? you are fired. 16 like last time? you are fired'

and if you ever played football - if ball is too under inflated, it actually hurt your performance. for a RB? it can help(but no real difference between 11.5 vs. 12.5. but for a QB who throws football for living? it can hurt. see the post above.

and remember brady already has huge hands. pioli's comment about brady's hand

if brady was 6fter with a small hands i understand the logic of playing with 11.5 psi football. but brady is 6ft 4 3/8 with huge hand.

my common sense says

1. brady likes to play at 12.5 and 1psi loss happened naturally (which the science under ideal gas law already proved by multiple experiments by many experts).
2. brady made sure 10/16/2014 doesn't happen again even though brady actually plays better with properly or over inflated football (against the jets, colts, and seahawks - brady played flawlessly)
3. it's been a non issue. after all this issue was raised just now. if brady cheated all his career then maybe somebody would've brought it up. again, 11.5 vs 12.5 has no real difference. you can't even tell.

this fiasco would've been absolutely non story if it was carson palmer or alex smith. all they had to do was warn the pats.

And if Brady didn't do anything wrong, why refuse to cooperate with the investigation? Why refuse to divulge certain text messages? Like I've already said, let's see if Brady has the "balls" to go after the NFL in a court of law.

maybe because brady doesn't trust wells who seems like he has an agenda?

from the rebuttal -
The phrasing of this conclusion reflects what a reach it was. Unable to conclude that Mr. Brady had knowledge of, let alone directed, any improper activities, the best the report comes up with is the phrase “generally aware.” As noted above, there is simply no evidentiary basis for this conclusion, let alone for the conclusion that there were any underlying inappropriate activities. The texts that form the heart of this report show two persons with quite uninhibited texting history — and yet NOT A SINGLE TEXT REFERS TO DEFLATING FOOTBALLS TO A LEVEL BELOW REGULATION, TO DEFLATING FOOTBALLS AFTER THE REFEREE’S INSPECTION, OR TO ANY DIRECTIONS FROM MR. BRADY — OR EVEN ANY BELIEF THAT TOM BRADY WOULD PREFER TO USE BELOW REGULATION FOOTBALLS.

and wells already had those 2 boy's phone. and so no reason for brady to give up his phone. and it's not required, so why would anybody give their phone when it's not necessary?

If Brady wants to prove his innocence then he'll sue. If he's guilty and just covering it up (aka the Patriot way) then he'll appeal and live with the results. My guess is he's guilty and just doesn't like the consequences. So once this gets heard by Goodell he'll live with the results of arbitration.
.
Once this goes to legal action all of those things he did not want to show the investigators become fair game. If he has something to hide he will never go beyond the arbitration process.

The idea that Pat employees did something with the ball that the smurfing quarterback didn't know about is hilarious. They're probably not even Pat fans, and are sitting at home right now, laughing their asses off at the joke they played on Brady.

most likely brady will spend rest of his life clearing his name if he thinks he's innocent of any wrong doing.

and most likely it will happen

if you followed brady's career, only thing he hates more than losing is probably getting followed by paparazzi. all he ever cares about his having a 'private time' with his family. so for 15 years he has developed the habit of being private and being super smart about not getting caught in tabloid media frenzy. this is well documented actually.

so why would brady jeopardize his career by ordering ball boys to do things illegally? why would he trust these 2 guys blindly? it's not like they are his brothers. they are just 2 employees. do you really think brady is that stupid?

brady probably could get what he wants without being specific. brady is not an idiot. first i don't believe brady with huge friggin hands want to play with under inflated ball which would hurt his passer rating and his ability to throw a deep ball. second, if he wanted to play with 11.5 psi ball, no way he trusts 2 guys who could bite his ***. he probably gave them the look and just screamed at that for make sure the ball feels perfect.

....I'm just spitballing here, but what are the chances that ALL of those incriminating phone text messages have long been deleted off of his phone, the ball guys phone, the equipment managers phone, etc. etc. etc? Are you saying that ANY and all text messages can be retrieved after they have been deleted from a cell phone? Explain, please!
