What salary would you give to George Hill for the next season?

Hill is getting at least 25 million. I think that's the floor of what he is going to get and the ceiling is probably 30 million. The absolute max he can get is 35 (I believe), but I dont think he gets that from anyone.

30 m is Hill's max. He would have to have 10 yr (he has 9) or be a designated vet (all NBA, etc) to get 35.

I would pay 25 to CP3, not Hill. And there is way too much difference between them.
